Terms of Service

Welcome to Luxe Mobile Massage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile massage therapy services and website. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Description
Luxe Mobile Massage provides professional, licensed mobile massage therapy services in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas. Our therapists travel to your location -- whether a hotel room, private residence, or other suitable venue -- and provide massage therapy using professional-grade equipment, linens, oils, and supplies. All of our therapists are licensed by the State of Nevada, fully insured, and have undergone thorough background checks.
Services offered include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, couples massage, sports massage, and aromatherapy massage, among others. Availability of specific services and therapists may vary based on demand and scheduling.
2. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be booked by calling or texting (725) 266-3738. All bookings are subject to therapist availability. We will confirm your appointment details, including date, time, service type, and location, prior to your session.
We strive to have a therapist arrive within 30 minutes of booking confirmation. During peak hours, arrival may take up to 45 minutes. We will provide you with an estimated time of arrival when your booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled session time.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled session are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-show: If you fail to be present at the designated location at the scheduled time without prior notification, you will be charged the full session price.
To cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at (725) 266-3738 as soon as possible.
4. Pricing
Our current rates are as follows:

All prices are per person and include travel to your location, setup and breakdown of equipment, professional massage table, fresh linens, premium massage oils, and aromatherapy. Gratuity is not included in the listed prices and is left to your discretion.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your session. Couples massage and specialty services may have additional pricing; please inquire at the time of booking.
5. Payment Methods
Payment is collected at the conclusion of your session. We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Venmo
- Zelle
- Cash
Full payment is expected at the time of service. In the event of a declined payment, you are responsible for providing an alternative form of payment promptly.
6. Service Area
Luxe Mobile Massage serves Las Vegas and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius, including but not limited to:
- The Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas
- Henderson
- Summerlin
- North Las Vegas
- Spring Valley
- Paradise
- Enterprise
- Green Valley
- Lake Las Vegas
A small travel surcharge may apply for locations at the outer edge of our service area. Any additional travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon prior to confirming your booking.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, clients agree to the following:
- Provide a suitable space: Please ensure your location has adequate space (approximately 8 by 6 feet of clear floor area) for the massage table setup.
- Be present and punctual: Please be at the designated location and available at your scheduled appointment time.
- Communicate health conditions: Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or areas of concern before your session begins. This helps us provide safe and effective treatment.
- Maintain appropriate conduct: Massage therapy is a professional health and wellness service. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.
- Minimum age requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may receive services only with the physical presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our highest priorities. Please be aware of the following:
- Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking a session.
- Certain conditions may be contraindicated for massage therapy, including but not limited to: fever, contagious illness, severe inflammation, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, and certain skin conditions.
- Our therapists reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if they determine that proceeding could pose a health risk to the client or therapist.
- All equipment is thoroughly sanitized between sessions. Fresh linens are provided for every client.
- Our therapists follow strict hygiene protocols and maintain all required health and safety certifications.
9. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Luxe Mobile Massage, its owners, employees, and independent contractors shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse reactions that occur during or after a massage session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Clients assume responsibility for disclosing all relevant health information prior to their session. Failure to disclose medical conditions may limit our liability.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings during a session.
- We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather events, or emergencies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Luxe Mobile Massage website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Luxe Mobile Massage and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
The "Luxe Mobile Massage" name and logo are trademarks of Luxe Mobile Massage. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
11. Website Disclaimer
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information contained on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
